All the adventures and photos from my trips to Monument Valley.

Monument Valley is an exquisite example of erosion gone fabulous. Made famous by film director John Ford, most everyone in the world knows the images of Monument Valley, even if they don't know where the came from.

Having realized we both wanted to do that, there seemed no reason to wait. And so, in June of that year, we flew to Phoenix, rented a car, and made a circuit of the state for the purpose of looking for exactly where, in Arizona, we wanted to live. That journey took us to the Northeastern, "Four Corners" part of the state which includes the Navajo Tribal Park Monument Valley.
